I have self harmed many times, and I need someone to talk to. </span></p> <span style="font-size:16px;"> </span></div><div class="ExternalClass5713AE8E67E74C66B551462E77E552DE"><div><div class="ExternalClassD7B519D0CEF743C6B4D181DDAD81A398"><p class="MsoNormal" style="color:rgb(63, 63, 63);font-family:tahoma;font-size:16px;"><span>Bullying can be extremely painful to have to go through.  It sounds as though this is causing you a great deal of stress.  We are glad that you are reaching out for support.  You do not need to go through this alone.  Bullies can cause a great deal of damage to one’s self-esteem.  We are worried about you, as you indicated in your email that you have been physically bullied at school along with your best friend who is being verbally abused.  You also mentioned about self-harming, this is a concern.  </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="color:rgb(63, 63, 63);font-family:tahoma;font-size:16px;"><span>If this bullying is going on at school, then it is a good idea to report this to a school official.  This could be an adult you trust, your school counselor or one of your teachers.
