I feel very alone and need someone to be there for me. Work on talents and strengths, interests and goals you want.  Remember you are your biggest strength. You have the ability to change your life and the world around you. It not only starts by taking care of yourself but always treating others with kindness, even when they might not deserve it. Don’t let that anger or sadness inside of you fill you up.
