It cannot be easy feeling like they have been leaving you out. It's understandable that you might be feeling lonely because of this. Something that you might try is telling them about how it makes you feel. Focus on telling them how you feel, not telling them what they are doing wrong. You could start with a statement like, “I am feeling sad, because I feel left out." Talking with your friends about how you feel might be a good place to start, they might not know that you are having these kinds of feelings.
