I was 6 months clean of self harm and last night I broke that and cut myself for the first time since July. I'm so ashamed because I was doing so good but no one else knows and I'm scared I'm going to cut myself again. Please help.</span><br></p></div>

It can be easy to be hard on yourself when you relapse in self harm but life can be really hard sometimes and it is not always easy coping with the difficulties that unexpectedly come along. We are happy to talk with you more about what you are going through and why you have been feeling this way.
