If there is a particular stressor (school, family, relationships etc.) do you have a trusted adult that you can talk to about your concerns?</p><p>When dealing with the stress of life, it can help to focus your thoughts on the present. Sometimes this helps to lessen future anxieties and reduce past regrets.
