It can be hard getting out of this mindset, but there are some things that you can start implementing today that may help! Then you can cross off these goals as you complete them. It may give you that feeling of accomplishment which is a great feeling to have! You can also try meditating which should help you relax and refocus your thoughts. Please take some time to look through this list of ideas you can do starting today that will hopefully make you feel better: 12 Steps To Overcome Depression (yourlifeyourvoice.org).

We want to make sure you are safe, so please feel free to respond to this email or call/text in to chat with a Crisis Counselor.
