Sounds like you're going through a really tough time right now, so we're so glad you reached out for support.</p><p>Feelings like those you describe can be so painful and overwhelming, especially if to everyone else, your life appears to be perfect and without problems. The reality is, all of us go through hard times at some point, though it may not always appear that way on the surface. So, you're not alone in what you're experiencing, and how you feel is nothing to be ashamed about, either. That fact that you're aware of and are being honest about your feelings is really healthy.<br></p><p>When you're not quite sure why you feel the way you do, asking yourself questions can help. For example, how long have these feelings been around? Has anything been going on lately that may be causing these feelings?
