I don't know what to do anymore. </span><br></p></div><div class="ExternalClass04385CF483ED41F0B1F5F1715F4A78E5"><p><span style="color:#444444;">​It sounds like school grades have you stressed out. Are you getting some tutoring or communicating with your teacher if the subject matter is difficult to understand? It's good to do that early on if this is the case. See if your teacher can meet with you over a break or can sit down with you after school to review your questions.<br></span></p><p>If understanding the subject matter is not the reason for lower grades, change something up on your end. This might look like taking 15 minutes every night to review every subject by re-reading, cleaning up notes, or having a family member quiz you on material. If something is interfering with your ability to study like chores, too much technology, or you are just finding it hard to concentrate, make a plan to change something up. It can be hard to make changes, but it feels good when you do because it is in your best interest.</p><p>You are not alone.
