I don't know how to tell my parents and I want to die sometimes. While it's difficult, it is important that you tell your parents what is going on with your thoughts. It is not a 'bother' to us and most likely is not a bother to your parents. Just a gentle reminder for you: parents can't read minds and don't always pick up on clues.
