You might not be able to change how other people act toward you, but you can change how you react.</p><p>That might not sound that good, but it can help you feel better in time. Sometimes when you feel down you can be really hard on yourself. You might find yourself thinking negatively of yourself. Don't let this become a habit. How you think about yourself changes more than you might think! </p><p>This is a tip about how to change <a href="/Pages/tip-stop-negative-thoughts.aspx">negative thoughts</a>.
