You probably have felt all kinds of emotions and have a number of questions that you want to ask about but aren't sure how to ask them. We understand.</p><p>Our counselors are here for you and hope that you will continue to reach out to talk. With school starting, we hope that you will have access to the school counselors to talk with when you need to. It might be a good idea to let them know what is going on so you can receive the support you will need as you go through the school year. The transition will take time getting used to and the stress you might be feeling can be so overwhelming. It's okay to feel this way but now, let's get some control. Use coping skills once you can identify what feelings and situations need some work.
