I have felt like nobody cared about me. Nobody loves me and nobody wants to deal with me. I have had suicidal thoughts before. There have been times when I have actually wanted to commit suicide. I want to talk to my cousin because I trust her but every time I get the chance to I get scared and I can't talk to her. She is the only person that I have told that I wanted to actually take myself out of this world that way nobody would have to deal with me anymore and I wouldn't have to deal with people anymore either.

It sounds like you have been dealing with these feelings for a while. From your email, it sounds like you did tell your cousin that you have had suicidal thoughts, but you have been afraid to talk more with her about these feelings. Suicidal thoughts are very scary and you are so smart to keep reaching out and talking about these feelings. Your cousin sounds very understanding and since you want to talk more with her, but you are afraid, maybe you can write her a note about the feelings you have been having.

Talking about your suicidal thoughts can help you figure out some ways to relieve the feelings and start to feel a bit better.
