Are there certain topics or instances that spark your anger more than others? Also, when you start to get angry, what are the signs? Often times people will experience sweaty palms, increased heart rate, etc. Figuring out these signs can allow you to prepare so your anger doesn't take over. It would also be helpful to have certain coping skills picked out that you can easily use when needed. Activities such as listening to music, exercising, or journaling can be a great way to get those feelings out in a healthy and safe way.
