take my life, but I think about killing myself almost on a daily basis. And I
don't think I'll ever try, but I keep stopping and looking at objects that I
could kill myself with and just thinking "I could do it and no one could
stop me." Some close friends know and they help, but I feel like a burden,
so half of the time I don't tell them. I can't tell my parents because we can't
afford to do anything about it and my mother has an illness that gets worse
with stress so I cannot stress her out. I just don't know what to do, I can't
remember the last time I felt ok, and I'm honestly a little scared because I've
never been this low. </span></p>

talk things out and even reach out to your parents. Seeking help from a
psychiatrist or a therapist can be very helpful with your feelings, there are
agencies that have the sliding scale fee where it is based on your household
income and it’s not that expensive. </span><br></p>
