I Feel Like Trash | Suicide | I Feel Like Trash | <div class="ExternalClass6616EA52BB6F49219284BBC5654B63FE"><p style="font-family:georgia;font-size:16px;"><span>Please help me. I feel like trash right now and it's really been getting to me. Do you know how
hard it is to constantly force a smile? My mom drives me crazy, and I feel she
undervalues me. Even my so called friends occasionally treat me like trash even
if they don't mean it, it shows. To top it all off, my girlfriend, that I lost
my best friend to be with, just broke up with me. Please tell me how to cope
because I've seriously been considering suicide. </span></p>

feels like it will never get better, but, the truth is, it will get
better. It is important to know that whatever you are feeling
now and whatever issues you are having with others will not be the same in time. That is
certain. Relationships change, people change and you
will also change. It could be that you make up with your Mom and friends
and it is also possible you will feel better in time regarding your
girlfriend. </span><span>It is so important to not consider suicide because your life
will be different and you are stronger then you feel in this

Please do not ever let yourself ruminate (think about a thought over and over again in your mind) about this. It is important when these kind of thoughts come in to your mind, that tell yourself, "STOP!" Say it outloud if you have to. Then immediately replace this thought with a positive thought about yourself, such as "I am valuable, I have potential, or I am working hard to improve my situation."</span></p>
