I've cut myself several times, and I'm having suicidal thoughts. I mean, I don't even HAVE a reason to be depressed..... I guess I just am. And that makes me even MORE depressed, because everyone else has a reason to be depressed, and I don't. I don't know what to do..... Maybe just ending it all will be easiest.

When we have feelings that are not easily explained it is important to get help. There are so many different reasons why people experience feelings of depression, the reasons are not limited to your situation. It could be an imbalance of chemicals in your brain or maybe a deficiency of a vitamin or mineral in your body. What we do know is that there is no need to struggle with anything on your own. Don't continue to think about suicide, instead, reach out to a trusted adult right away. Think about who you can talk to and make a plan to stay safe. We have a worksheet that can help you with this:

http://www.yourlifeyourvoice.org/v2/Pages/tip-your-safety.aspx

With help you can work through this.
