I can't find a job, so I can't afford anything I need. I can't afford college or a new computer which I desperately need. I feel like a burden. I don't wanna be around.  </span></p></div><div class="ExternalClass8EBB83F8888247E5B55CB10C3DDFD28C"><p><span class="ms-rteFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-3 ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-4" style="">Thanks so much for reaching out.  We do not want you to sit alone with these feelings.  Feeling like you do not want to be around because you are burdening others is not a fun feelings to have, but that also could be just your perspective.  Depression can cloud true perceptions, fatigue you both emotionally and physically, and even make it hard to concentrate on which direction to move toward first.</span></p><p><span class="ms-rteFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-3 ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-4" style="">Sometimes  people with all of this stress will have a thought of ending their life to end all of this pain.  Are you suicidal today or wanting all of this pain to go away?  We want to make sure you are safe and feeling supported, but most important know that feelings are temporary, and can change over time.  Getting the depression to a manageable point would be helpful and would give you some relief.</span></p><p><span class="ms-rteFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-3 ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-4" style="">It might help to set some daily goals, so that you are not so overwhelmed with the entire big picture.  It also can help you organize your thoughts for the day if you have an hour to hour list of things to do.  It has to include practical things to meet your goals and emotional/physical self-care to make sure you are getting proper attention too.  Some ideas would be spending one hour to get your resume updated, getting 6 online applications out per day, taking a walk, or journaling out your thoughts.  </span></p><p><span class="ms-rteFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-3 ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-4" style="">The hotline is here for you.  Please consider this as a support for you. </span></p><p><span class="ms-rteFontFace-1 ms-rteFontSize-3 ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-4" style="">​Laura, Crisis Counselor</span></p></div>21
