So far, I've failed Geometry part 2 twice and I just want to give up!

We are so glad you decided to reach out for some help regarding your current situation. It is understandable that you feel like giving up on the math class as it stresses you out so much. Have you gone to the teacher for some extra help? Perhaps you could get a tutor to help you understand the material better.

Math is not everybody's best subject and you would not be the first person to ask for help with it. Knowing that you need the help and asking for it a sign of bravery. Is it fun? No – not at all … but it can help you get past this bump in the road to move past it and on to other areas needed for graduation. While you are taking steps to get help, make sure you are eating heathy foods and getting enough sleep each night. Taking care of the basic needs will carry the information further and help you think through the problem areas. Don't just throw your hands up in the air and quit. Prove to yourself you can tackle this class.

Good Luck!

Karen, counselor

16
