style="font-family:tahoma;font-size:16px;">
You also indicate that you are experiencing depression can be very debilitating and can cause both physical and emotional distress. In evaluating what is going on with you are there any specific event or events that may have caused you to feel poorly? Also, have there been any changes in your medical condition that may prompt this emotional change?

When you are feeling poorly it is important to surround yourself with positive people and to engage in activities that you enjoy. Try not to isolate yourself as that just contributes to your depression. Activities that some people like to engage in when they are feeling depressed are journaling, exercise, listening to music, engaging in hobbies, or talking with friends. Get plenty of rest and eat regularly. These may sound like very easy solutions to dealing with your depression, but they do help.

    style="font-family:tahoma;font-size:16px;">Anxiety can affect you in many ways including your breathing, your sleep, interaction with others, and mood. Talking with someone could help you to manage these feelings and get to the bottom of why you feel this way. Sometimes those around you may not even know how anxious you are feeling. When you start feeling anxious, it is important to remind yourself to relax and consider things that are positive for you. Try writing a gratitude journal to identify the areas of your life you are not worried about right now. Deep breathing and stretching can help you ease muscle tension and take care of the physical symptoms of anxiety too. Try activities that you like in order to get your mind off of the anxiety as well. Try to relax and take time to do those kinds of activities to see if they help.

   <span
