People try to tell me I'll get through it. But losing a relative to murder! When I think about it. I get SO MAD! and sad. Another I lost to suicide. He took his own life and it's hard to think about that because I never knew how sad he really was until that morning another one of my friends messaged me and told me he had committed suicide. I used to self harm it's been 5 months now, but lately I been holding it down.

You have had to handle a lot of loss. Losing people to illness, accidents, murder and suicide all feel differently but the same. The same meaning, they all hurt badly. I think there is a lot to say about grief but I am going to keep it short. Grief isn’t a place to stay. It isn’t something you get over. It is something that becomes part of you and you learn to cope with it on a daily basis. It takes time and causes a lot of different feelings.
