In the past two years I lost several people close to me, and a very close friend lays in a hospital from a bad car wreck. People try to tell me I'll get through it. But losing a relative to murder! When I think about it. I get SO MAD! and sad. Another I lost to suicide. He took his own life and it's hard to think about that because I never knew how sad he really was until that morning another one of my friends messaged me and told me he had committed suicide. I used to self harm it's been 5 months now, but lately I been holding it down.

Losing people to illness, accidents, murder and suicide all feel differently but the same. The same meaning, they all hurt badly. I think there is a lot to say about grief but I am going to keep it short. Grief isn’t a place to stay. It isn’t something you get over. It is something that becomes part of you and you learn to cope with it on a daily basis. It takes time and causes a lot of different feelings. You need support and time to heal your pain at your own pace. We are glad you are reaching out. We would love to be part of your support system and are here anytime you would like to talk.

Take care of yourself though. Be good to your body so that your mind follows close behind. Don’t fall into bad habits again.
