I actually fell in love with him and he just left for another girl and than I got mentally sick (depression eating disorder and anxiety) I have close to no friends and I don't know what to do. </span></p> <span style="font-size:16px;"> </span></div><div class="ExternalClassAC640BAD4EDB4F0D9FEF86597EE1A6FF"><div><div class="ExternalClass56561A49DDE448BB8CDFB613A552A6FB"><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"><span>We are sure glad you decided to reach out to talk with someone about the feelings you are dealing with.  Getting through situations and experiences that are difficult takes time.  We understand from what you have said, being in an abusive relationship has caused you to feel and do things that are not healthy for you.  Sometimes you have to take time for yourself to get and feel better before you can be in a relationship with someone else.  </span></p> <span style="font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"><span>Taking care of you means that you have to make good decisions for your health.  Take the time to talk out your feelings with trusted adults in your life.  Make sure that you are getting plenty of sleep and are eating nutritiously.  Give yourself time to heal.</span><br></p> <span style="font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"><span>Our site has a “TIPS” page that you will find a lot of great articles for any situation.  Here is one that we think you might find helpful about healing after a break up.  Please take time to go through any other article you might find interesting or helpful.  </span><a href="/Pages/tip-shoe-box-therapy.aspx" style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);">http://www.yourlifeyourvoice.org/v2/Pages/tip-shoe-box-therapy.aspx</a><br></p> <span style="font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"><span>Our counselors are here for you anytime.  Please continue to reach out and check out our other services to add to your support.  Text and chat services are open during evening hours and are great ways to reach out to us.  Let us know how you are doing.</span><br></p> <span style="font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"><span>Take care,</span><br></p> <span style="font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"><span>Naina, counselor</span></p> <span style="font-family:tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-size:16px;font-family:tahoma;"> </span> <span style="font-size:16px;"> </span></div></div> </div>17
