my body looks. I'm underdeveloped, my eyebrows are too light, I'm too skinny,
and whenever I do anything my lanky figure just looks so awkward.

you feel about your body. Almost everyone goes through stages where they
are unhappy about their looks. Your looks will change each year for the
next ten years. It is better to learn to accept where your development is
instead of comparing yourself to other people that you feel are ‘more perfect’
than you. The reality is … you are perfect just the way you are right
now! The only person you should ever compare yourself to is you, and
how you were a week ago or a month ago or even a year ago. The problem
with comparing yourself to someone else is that it is like comparing an apple
to a banana – the only similarity is that they are both fruits that grow on a
tree. So when you compare yourself to other girls you have to
assume they are exactly like you are – which is not true. All of us have
different qualities that make us different and unique. Learn to love
yourself and to accept the unique combinations that make you special.
Some things can be changed such as hair color or style and the clothing you
wear. Some things are more difficult to change such as metabolism and
body shaping (such as pear shaped vs lean and athletic). Learn ways to
make the most of the qualities you have. If you are tall and thin,
wear clothes that accent that! Shorter girls or heavier girls cannot wear
the same outfits and look as good in them as you can.
