worse is that I'm not sure why. I have my parents, good grades,
friends, etc. but I can't help feeling depressed all the time. Bipolar disorder
runs in my family, if that helps.</span></p>

discuss with your parents, especially if there is bi-polar disorder in your
family. There are many things going positively for you – the good grades,
good friends and so fort. </span></p>
<p style="color:rgb(63, 63, 63);font-family:tahoma;font-size:16px;"><span>However if you are struggling with a mental health
disorder, the best thing you can do is to go have a checkup to see if there is
something that is out of your control. If you are taking care of your
basic needs of eating healthy food, getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night,
and doing a little bit of exercise daily, then a checkup by your family doctor
is the next step. </span></p>

with your doctor to see if there is something to help you with the depression.</span></p>
