Sometimes I Hate MyselfFeelingsSometimes I Hate Myself<div class="ExternalClass31EDE5E2136441D384330377728EF7FE"><p style="font-family:georgia;font-size:16px;">​<span>Sometimes I feel like I hate myself or like I'm not good enough, sometimes I'll look in the mirror and think I'm fantastic and literally the next minute I'm crying over how ugly, weak and stupid I am. My parents are divorced but live together and are both quite caring. They don't realize how often I cry. I tried meditation and it makes me feel a bit better but not perfect, I'm always worried about myself because I'm so emotional. If you told me you didn't like my hairstyle I'd probably go and cry in my room. Sometimes I switch moods so fast it's scary. Sometimes out of the blue, I'm depressed and hate myself. I'm very scared of being judged by others. I always feel like an emotional wreck and am depressed.
