is not a fun feeling to have when you are surrounded by people, but are still
feeling lonely on the inside. You are trying to fix that feeling which is
a good thing. Problem solving, processing through why you are feeling a
certain way, and knowing that you need to get out are all great thoughts, but
cutting just will not be the solution.</span></p>

</span><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:tahoma;font-size:16px;">Yes, it is a fix, but only a temporary one. Once it wears
off you are back at square one and sometimes feeling worse right? When
you think about what disappointed you, do you have any control over it?
Sometimes that is a good question to ask yourself when you get disappointed
over a situation. In other words, is there a conversation you can have
with someone to share how something made you feel or to get clarification on
why something was handled in the way it was. Sometimes people don’t even
know they were the cause for someone’s disappointment or they did not intend to
hurt someone. It’s not always a “comfortable” conversation to have, but
maybe it will clear things up. Talking about it might prevent it from happening again.<br></p>

</span><span style="font-family:tahoma;font-size:16px;">
</span><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:tahoma;font-size:16px;">Can you think of some other coping skills you can substitute if
you find yourself feeling that way again? You could read, go for a walk,
call a friend, draw some pictures, organize your jewelry box, help prepare a
meal at home, take a bubble bath, or listen to upbeat music. The more you
use positive strategies like this, the more you’ll get into the habit of using
them again or even thinking of other positive things you can do.<br></p>

about giving us a quick call today. Maybe talking through it will give
