Dad Is Really Disrespectful

I really want to talk to my mom about it. My dad is really disrespectful to her when she tries to talk to him. I really don't know what to say to her. I can't deal with it anymore I want to tell her that if things don't change I don't want to live with her and him anymore but I don't want to hurt her feelings. How do I talk to her? Sometimes it can be hard to open up to your parents and if you are really struggling with this you could write her a letter about how you feel.
