Thank you for using the Boys Town Hotline Website.
Your use of the Boys Town Hotline website constitutes your indication of your understanding of and consent to the following terms: Father Flanagan’s Boys’ Home and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any punitive, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Father Flanagan’s Boys’ Home has been advised of the possibility of such damages) resulting from (a) the inability to use the Boys Town Hotline; (b) the cost to procure substitute goods and services; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (d) any other matter relating to the Boys Town Hotline.
