a sense of security and comfort
thank you so much for your help. it gave me a sense of security and comfort.
i found 30 (more or less) positive things i could do
thank you! i sprinted for 20 minutes on my treadmil, and just finished making my coping box, and just doing that made me feel better. i found 30 (more or less) positive things i could do instead of cutting and binging and crying.
I just wanted to say thank you for everything
Hi, I'm not sure if you remember me but I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you helped me with.
I really appreciate the effort you guys put into responding back
Thank you so much. I really appreciate the effort you guys put into responding back and giving me the advice I will use in the future. Again thank you !
I really appreciate your help a lot.
Thank you so much, I'll try to join the old-style band in my school with my accordion.. And maybe a bible study group. I never had thought of things like that, thank you. I'll start by fixing my sleeping schedule and studying. I really appreciate your help a lot. Thank you, and take care. (I printed out this e-mail and put it next to my computer.)
i really really appreciate it. :)
thank you for everything. i really really appreciate it. :)
i want to thank you so much
i wanted to thank you for your email i think that sending the explanation/apology was the first step in allowing them--and myself?--to heal. again, i want to thank you so much. i think i still need help to cope with the guilt; i'll check the yourlifeyourvoice.org website.
I will definitely try to keep in touch.
Abe-Thank you for your response. I appreciate it very much. It's finally nice to be on the other side of the rope; to receive help rather than give it. I did not make much sense in my last response, but seems like you got it down perfectly! That's awesome. I thank you again Abe. I will definitely try to keep in touch.
