- You feel like crying.
- You’re crabby a lot.
- You start worrying all the time.
- You’re sad for some reason.
- You get defensive, like people are trying to hurt you when they aren’t.
- You find yourself getting angry and frustrated really easily.
- You’re not very confident anymore.
- You feel like everything’s gotten out of control.

- You feel achy and tense a lot.
- You’re catching more colds than usual.
- Your stomach is churning or hurting.
- You start gaining or losing weight.
- You’re tired all the time.
