my life is probably the worst. My dad is being controlled by my mom all the time. I think he needs to stand up for himself and stop acting shy. i dont want him around my mom at this time.She needs to get herself togetther and stop using me as a punching bag to let out all her stresses.

You do not deserve to be going through this. You are reaching out for help, and that is AWESOME. We want to help you further. There are agencies that can help you, and your dad to get away from this and to get your mom some anger management. Believe it or not, things can improve. We would really like for you to give us a call so that we can get you, and your family some additional support. Our number is toll free, so you could even call from a payphone at school if you needed to. If you can not do this, then please talk to someone at school. A teacher, school counselor, or even an administrator will be able to help you. Stay strong, and keep reaching out for help. Things will get better.
