Finding A Way To Get Along With My Family
I saw a commercial on our school's news network and decided to check out your website.  I figured I needed all the help I can get.
Basically, I am arguing with every single member of my immediate family every day of my life.  I can't remember the last time I didn't cry at all one day.  Every single day I stress over family issues. I know it sounds dramatic. There's nothing wrong with my family at all. No drugs, no alcohol or violence or anything like that at all. Nothing you can go to jail for.  But in my heart I'm hurting because I can't seem to get along with the people I love the most.
My dad has a temper, my mom is usually in a bad mood, my brother is always complaining about EVERYTHING, and my little sister  --- well, my little sister doesn't do much, since she's only 3.
But please contact me back through email for more details...please?

It is so great that you are reaching out.  When you are part of a family that argues all of the time it can be very frustrating and make you feel so unhappy.  What are the things that you argue about most often?  Is it something that you yourself can change or at least try to make a change?  Just remember that we can not control what other people say or do and we have absolutely no control over that, but we do have total control of what comes out of our mouths and what we do in reaction to something.  WE HAVE CONTROL.  It may not be your fault that the arguing occurs but if you can make any change to stop what is going on then try it.

It is so wonderful to hear that you love your family.  You seem very perceptive on your family's behaviors.  Have you ever talked to them about what you think?  Maybe your mom and dad don't realize they are acting mad and short tempered.  Talking with people leads to change a lot of the time.  I hope it helps.

Let us know how it works out for you.

Take care,
Naina
