Good friends know when we are feeling sad....that means they are good friends and that they care for you. Yes, sometimes its hard to explain or want to talk to someone about how we feel. So what are your coping skills? Do you like talking with your friends--does this help you? (when you talk with your friends, you do not have to share all that you are dealing with, but just hearing their voice...can be a good thing for you)
Its good to hear that you are finding that your school counselor is helping you--because she is. Remember she will not 'fix' all your feelings and things...but she can help you process through your feelings/thoughts.
