Help Me With My Anger
It's me again. Except with a new problem. I'm still punching walls just because it seems to be the only thing to let my anger out. Without taking it out on others. I've talked to my counsler knows but the advices she gave me doesn't help and after i punch the walls i break down crying. can you help me?

Try punching pillows instead of walls.  You won't hurt anyone in the process, but can still release the anger you have inside.  Have you tried using other forms of physical exercise like dancing, walking or running?  They say any exercise which is aerobic will release chemicals in the brain which make us feel calmer and more relaxed after doing them.   Just an idea!
