Feeling Self-Conscious
Yes, maybe I shouldn t let my appearance rule my life I just dont want to be made fun of. I hate feeling self-concious about my ears and there s no way for me t get over that.

By the way. I ve been wanting a new hairstyle for about 2 years but I can never get one without people laughing.

I dont know what will cover up my ears. My ear is pointy so it will poke through my hair no matter what.

And definatly not curly, I have curly now and I hate it so much.

It can be hard when you are getting made fun of, but know the only reason people are making fun of you is to feel better about themselves.  The people that hurt others are not worth your time and you will soon understand that.  At this age it is tough, we completely understand how self conscious it can make someone to be ridiculed by peers.  Have you tried talking to your school counselor about all of this?  They can really help you build your self esteem back.  It's worth a shot, right?  You can get over your self consciousness, but it will take some time and you will need support!  Remember the better you feel about yourself, the better other's will view you.  If you are constantly worried about how you look or talking about your ears, the more people will notice how self conscious you are and be focused on it.  We know it will be tough, but we really believe you can get through this!

As for your hair, you have to go with something you like and makes you feel beautiful!  There are several hair websites that you can go to, just google hair styles and you can check a whole bunch of them out:)
