Modify settings and columns

|  | Feeling Overwhelmed Lately, ive been putting myself down a lot. i feel so overweight and im critisizing myslef too much, even tho im not overwight. i feel overwelmed with my school work (first year of high school, im in all honors) and im starting not to try as much as i used too. Im trrying to get healthy and in shape but i cant get myself to do it, ive been so lazy & not trying. I've just been feeling ugly, unwanted, stupid, and fat. if you can help, please help. |  |

|  | People who want to get fit will always go full steam at first then they fizzle out. It just doesn't work that way. If they would try working out a little at a time, for instance, 3 days a week rather than 5-7 days, they will get their bodies and minds used to it. They are less likely to fail. Same goes for you. You are trying to give 100 percent in all areas, which is great, but you are more likely to fall into a rutt like you are in right now. It can be overwhelming.
Try to get your classes back on track first, then add a couple of days of working out and getting healthy. You will feel great about yourself and will want to do more. Just don't over do it. yourself.
You are certainly not unwanted, fat, ugly or stupid. You are feeling bad about yourself and beating yourself up. You will get back on track. Just take one task at a time. One day at a time. It will give you power to keep moving on.
