I admire your honesty about the situation you are dealing with regarding your friends in both places. I read your question, "how can I fit in at both places when they both change me into something I don't want to be"? I would encourage you to consider writing down some of your thoughts about who you want to be. What is important to you and what values do you want to live by regarding what you believe to be right or wrong. I think this will help you to see more clearly where you may be giving into peer influences that are contrary to what you believe to be right or wrong.
Using any substance such as marajuana, alcohol, etc. does affect our mood and thereby it does change us temporarily. When someone's usage becomes a pattern they think, feel and act differently than they do when they are not under the influence. If you want to rediscover who your friends are, the people who like you for who you are, you will do so by following your own advice and stopping any and all substance usage. Your true personality will come forth and real relationships will be rekindled.

Keep in touch and let us know how it goes.

Sincerely,
