What an incredibly frightening situation. Even if you weren't underage what he did is unacceptable and inappropriate behavior. You did not deserve that and you have the right to tell somebody for your own sake.
By saying something, the police can be on the look out for him to make sure the same thing doesn't happen to somebody else. If he was so aggressive with you, he may have been so with others as well. By reporting it the police can get any information from you that may serve to help solve other crimes that may have been perpetrated by the same man.
